The seeds of Chateaux Cocoa were sown long before it became a reality. My journey began in elementary school when my mother told me I couldn't plant cucumber seeds. Undeterred, I threw the seeds over our porch, and to my delight, cucumbers grew that summer. This early experience planted a passion for gardening in me, one that lay dormant for years but never truly faded.

Years later, as life took its course, I found myself renting homes where gardens were present, each one reigniting my love for growing food. However, it was a serious health scare that truly reintroduced me to the world of gardening. Faced with the need to improve my health, I cut out packaged foods and turned to farmers markets and homegrown produce. This shift not only transformed my diet but also reduced my stress and improved my overall well-being.

Gardening once again became a central part of my life, leading to the creation of Chateaux Cocoa. This venture is not just about growing food; it's about fostering a community focused on wellness, sustainability, and the joy of nurturing the earth. From the humble beginnings of tossing seeds over a balcony to cultivating a thriving farm, Chateaux Cocoa embodies the journey of growth, resilience, and a deep-rooted love for nature.
